Diversified Search Odgers Berndtson has appointed Terence P McGovern as managing director and industrial practice leader in its Miami office.

Before joining Diversified, McGovern was senior client partner at Korn/Ferry International dealing in the capital equipment and components sector.

In his career, his clients have included the world’s biggest names in the technology, utility, chemical and oil industries.
