Financial and HR recruiter Macildowie has appointed two new directors to its board.

Former managers James Taylor and James Calder have both been appointed directors with immediate effect.

Taylor and Calder will each hold a special responsibility for developing and empowering staff, keeping employees focused and motivated, and for developing management within the business.

John Convery, a director at Macildowie, says: “Calder and Taylor have consistently delivered as a members of the senior management team and their appointments as directors further strengthens the strategic capacity of the company.”
