Lloyds Banking Group has appointed Michelle Rajkumar-Clifford as head of resourcing for wholesale, wealth & international.

Rajkumar-Clifford joins from Ernst & Young where she was a director, having held a number of senior recruitment and talent acquisition posts, initially for the UK financial services practice, before leading the UK firm’s executive recruitment function.

Meanwhile, Mark Gilbertson joins Lloyds Banking Group on a permanent basis as head of resourcing for group operations, following a six-month interim assignment heading up resourcing for the group operations and retail functions.

Before joining Lloyds Banking Group, Gilbertson built up and managed niche HR consultancy Peak Talent.
