Korn/Ferry International, a global provider of talent management solutions, has appointed Katie Lahey as managing director, Australia and New Zealand.??

Korn/Ferry International, a global provider of talent management solutions, has appointed Katie Lahey as managing director, Australia and New Zealand.??

The current chief executive of the Business Council of Australia (BCA), Lahey will assume her new role at Korn/Ferry in the new year, following nearly a decade as CEO at the BCA.

The BCA is an association of CEOs of leading Australian corporations which contributes to public policy debates to help shape key economic and business reforms in Australia.??

Before her role at the BCA, she was CEO of the New South Wales State Chamber of Commerce, CEO of Sydney City Council and chairman and CEO of the Victorian Tourism Commission.

Gary Reidy, who led Korn/Ferry’s presence in Australasia over the past 11 years, will assist Lahey with her transition and assume a new role as senior advisor.
