Executive search firm Korn/Ferry International has appointed Susan Brodecky as senior partner for leadership and talent consulting.

Brodecky has more than 20 years of experience helping senior executives implement strategic and organisational change and will be based at the firm’s Los Angeles and Irvine, California offices.
