Executive search firm Korn/Ferry International has appointed Lewis Rusen to office managing director in Toronto, Canada.

Executive search firm Korn/Ferry International has appointed Lewis Rusen to office managing director in Toronto, Canada.

Jeffrey Rosin, who previously held the position, will continue in his role as president, Canada, overseeing the region’s four local offices: Calgary, Montreal, Toronto and Vancouver, as well as focusing on the firm’s board and CEO practice in Canada.

In addition to his office MD role, Rusen is a senior client partner with Korn/Ferry’s leadership development solutions team. He has more than 15 years of talent management and leadership development experience with global organisations, most recently at Campbell Soup Company, where he served as vice-president, Organization Effectiveness.
