International retained executive search firm J Robert Scott has appointed two managing directors within its technology practice.

Steve Maxwell joins the firm’s Boston headquarters from Ohio-based executive search firm Kesic | Cervino, where he was a partner.

Grace Borrelli, who is based in London, was with Odgers Berndtson as a partner and co-leader of its global technology, media and telecommunications practice.
