The Institute of Recruiters (IOR) has appointed Nigel Lewis as IOR’s director of member services.

Lewis will work closely with the entire team to fully understand the benefits currently on offer and the scope of existing partnerships, and will also be responsible for working with potential partners to negotiate deals for IOR members.

Meanwhile David Montague has been appointed head of regional directors.

He will handle the induction of anyone who wishes to become IOR recruitment director and will also support recruitment directors in their roles, offering training, webinar and phone social media support where required.
