Driver Agency INNOV8 Recruitment has appointed Fran Higgs as chief executive, ahead of planned expansion. 
 
Meanwhile, Karen Taylor has been appointed head of the firm’s Out Of Hours 24 Hour Response division.

Founder Adrien Bray says in the next five years the firm plans to open 10 recruitment centres throughout the UK and to build turnover to around £30m.
