Recruitment solutions provider hyphen RPO, a division of Adecco Group UK & Ireland, has appointed Jon Waters and Rory Jeffcock to its management team.

Waters joins as global account director for one of hyphen’s clients, Logica, while Jeffcock becomes group solutions director, responsible for developing niche recruitment services.
