Multi-sector recruiter Hudson has appointed Tim Drake as head of its talent management division in the UK.

Drake joins from brewer AB InBev, owners of Budweiser and Stella Artois, where he was director of people continuity, leading the talent management and succession strategy for Western Europe for the last five years.

Marc Timmerman, executive director of talent management for Europe at Hudson, says: “After a difficult year, talent is very much on everyone’s agenda for 2010, whether in the public sector or private.
