Global executive search firm Heidrick & Struggles International has appointed Dave Winston global managing partner of its aerospace, defence and aviation practice.

Winston, who joined Heidrick & Struggles in 2005 with the acquisition of retained executive search firm Highland Partners, will concurrently lead the firm’s Dallas office as partner-in-charge.

Winston says: “We have a very strong global partnership and I look forward to working closely with my colleagues and our clients to grow the leadership advisory practice in this sector.”
