Appointments: Harvey Nash adds local government hires

International recruiter Harvey Nash Group has appointed Yvonne Skingle and Jan O’Brien to its Public Sector Executive Search practice.

International recruiter Harvey Nash Group has appointed Yvonne Skingle and Jan O’Brien to its Public Sector Executive Search practice.

Skingle joins as a director in the government and public services team. Before joining Harvey Nash, she held a number of HR leadership roles in county and city councils, health and police before establishing herself as an executive search consultants focused in the local government sector.

O’Brien joins the practice as senior researcher. She joins Harvey Nash from a boutique executive search company where she spent more than five years recruiting senior professionals in local government. She will specialise in roles in children’s and adult social care and education.
