Global retained executive search firm J Robert Scott has appointed Roderick Haire as managing director in its financial services practice, based in Hong Kong.

Continuing its expansion in the Asia Pacific region, the firm recently added six executive search professionals to its offices in Hong Kong, Shanghai and Singapore.

Haire’s responsibilities include identifying and recruiting senior professionals for financial services and insurance companies across Asia Pacific.

He joins J Robert Scott from executive search firm Korn/Ferry’s Hong Kong office where he was a senior client partner and served as the head of the firm’s Asian insurance sector within its global financial services practice.
