Graduate recruitment and training provider Gradcore has appointed Rowan Foster as research manager.

Foster, who will be responsible for leading the firm’s research division, has been conducting research for more than six years, mainly working in central government. Her research projects have focussed on employment issues, in particular youth unemployment and NEETS.
