International executive search firm Transearch has hired new consultants in its New Delhi, Tokyo, Dubai and Gothenburg offices.

Manisha Deva is a senior partner in the New Delhi office and a member of the financial services practice. She joins from Korn/Ferry International.

Keiichi Iso is a senior consultant in the Tokyo office, specialising in industry and energy.

Richard Guest was previously a partner in Ingram & Partners in Dubai where he covered the Middle East and Africa region. At Transearch in Dubai, he will lead the firm’s work in aerospace & defence, telecoms & IT, and professional services across the Middle East and Africa.

Lars Tegelberg joins the Gothenburg office in Sweden as senior consultant following various management roles in international companies like Capgemini as well as being an officer in the Swedish army reserves.
