Engineering recruitment specialist Exxell has appointed two new members of staff at its central London and Woking branches.

Craig Perry takes on the role of rail consultant at Exxell’s Woking branch where he will help to expand the company’s rail division, while Mark Cheetham has been appointed as a trainee consultant.
