Executive search and interim management partnership Eton Bridge Partners has appointed Louise Chaplin as consultant in its interim practice.

Chaplin joins the interim finance team from Ashridge Business School, where she has spent the last seven years partnering with FTSE 100 companies and high-growth organisations to develop leadership and management solutions.

Earlier in her career Chaplin worked at a recruitment firm, responsible for senior finance assignments, working alongside a number of national and international organisations to support their recruitment strategy.
