Energize Recruitment has appointed three new trainee consultants.

Ryan Delargy, Frank Grippman and Jerri McCallion are all graduates of the firm’s training academy.

The company has launched a second academy for 2011 following the success of its previous effort.

Managing director Craig Molloy says: “The academy will be structured slightly differently this time as all the trainees will report to one manager who is accountable for their training and development until they graduate into their designated teams 12 weeks later.

“Every graduate is given a vertical market from day one ensuring they end up with great market knowledge and a detailed understanding of the recruitment process once they have passed the course.”
