Welfare to work, training and recruitment services provider Employment Services Holdings (ESH) Group has appointed Colin Birchall as chief executive.

Welfare to work, training and recruitment services provider Employment Services Holdings (ESH) Group has appointed Colin Birchall as chief executive.

 ESH’s stable includes Birmingham-based Pertemps People Development Group (PPDG), which was acquired by ESH in September 2008.  

ESH board chairman Greg Smith says: “As the founder and CEO of our UK operation, Colin has successfully led Pertemps People Development Group for the past 13 years.


“This appointment will enable the ESH Group to develop from a strong platform and will undoubtedly have a positive impact upon our ability to secure additional contracts in the future.”

Digital education recruitment platform Humly has finalised the purchase of London-based supply agency Future Education.
