Employee assessment firm Cognisco has appointed Matthew Russell as chief technology officer.

Russell is charged with driving product innovation and development aligned with the firm’s commercial targets and identifying technological advancements to existing products.

Russell was previously development manager at PayPoint, directly responsible for the enterprise service business.
