Specialist legal recruitment consultancy, Cogence Search, has appointed Peter Rouse, founder of international IP [intellectual property] firm Rouse, as senior legal recruitment consultant.

Rouse established the Rouse organisation, an international consultancy with 13 offices worldwide, in 1990.

He will specialise in IP, media and entertainment, telecommunications and technology, data protection and privacy in the UK and internationally for Cogence Search.
