The Clear Company, which helps companies recruit and retain disabled talent, has appointed Angela Ralph as development and special projects consultant.  

Ralph will help organisations with the Clear Assured assessment process, a programme designed by employers to help all organisations remove barriers facing disabled candidates in recruitment processes.

The new Clearkit and Clear Assured services were recently launched in conjunction with DWP, BT, Eon, HMRC, Home Office and SouthEastern Railway.

Ralph previously worked at the Home Office as diversity consultant, and across the Civil Service.
