Global executive search firm The Caldwell Partners International has appointed Kristin Hebert as partner in its San Francisco office to lead the company’s recruiting practice for senior legal talent.

Hebert has spent more than 20 years’ experience focusing on the legal sector in the executive recruiting industry. She was previously a partner at Heidrick & Struggles, as well as partner and chair of the legal search practice group at both TMP Worldwide and retained executive search operation Highland Partners.

Her practice at The Caldwell Partners includes recruiting senior legal and compliance talent for both established and emerging companies across multiple industries, including financial services, aerospace and defence, industrial, consumer products, retail, healthcare and life sciences.
