Brightpool, the sister company of Interim Partners, a provider of interim managers to the private sector, has hired two experienced consultants in its plans for further growth.

Paul Philips brings over eight years’ recruitment experience. He joins from Michael Page Finance, where he was a manager and senior consultant. Before that he was at Witan Jardine.

With over seven years’ recruitment experience, James O’Loughlin joins Brightpool from Albemarle Interim Management, where he was a senior consultant managing the pharmaceutical healthcare practice.

Brightpool expects to make multiple appointments throughout the rest of the year as part of its five-year growth plan.

The company was established last year by Doug Baird, managing director of Interim Partners.
