Irish recruiter The Grafton Employment Group has appointed Robert Dix as group chairman.

Meanwhile, Niall Keyes has been appointed as partner for Central & Eastern Europe, while Vivienne Jupp assumes the role of non-executive director.

Declan Delanty takes the role of group chief financial officer and Una Barker is appointed company secretary.
