Directors at HR recruiter Digby Morgan, Matthew Chester and Dona Battat, have both been promoted to the executive board of the company.

Directors at HR recruiter Digby Morgan, Matthew Chester and Dona Battat, have both been promoted to the executive board of the company.

Battat, who has been with Digby Morgan for 17 years and has been responsible for establishing the company’s Dubai office and also running the team looking after appointments in the City and financial and professional services sector, will now oversee the company’s overall search and selection activities in London and internationally.

Chester has been with Digby Morgan for the last seven years, latterly running the division responsible for the recruitment of entry to mid-level HR professionals and the company’s business development activities. He will be responsible for regional expansion, candidate attraction activities and client services.
