Commercial and industrial recruiter Blue Arrow has appointed Bill Brace as regional director for the South and East region.

Brace joins from Reed, where he was regional manager and operations director, covering the Central London and South-East regions.

Brace also helped set up Ultimate Recruitment and Citirecruit.
