Barclay Meade, part of the Matchtech Group, has appointed Jo Macartney as senior consultant.

Macartney will be based at the Whitely head office in Hampshire and will report to Matthew Scott, HR operations manager. Her focus will be on HR recruitment along the South Coast of England.
