Appointments: Amrop names new partners

International executive search network Amrop has named Giacomo Santucci, Bruce Walton and Michael Reuter as partners.

International executive search network Amrop has named Giacomo Santucci, Bruce Walton and Michael Reuter as partners.

Santucci joins Amrop in Milan and has significant experience in luxury goods, having worked with numerous brands, including Salvatore Ferragamo, Gucci Group (CEO, industrial operations division and CEO, Gucci Division), Prada (CEO, board member, general manager).

Walton joins Amrop Battalia Winston in Boston with more than 25 years’ executive recruiting experience, primarily for CEOs and their direct reports to mid-cap industrial, technology and family-owned businesses.

As well as running his own search firm, Walton Search Group, he was previously managing director at Boston boutique executive search firm, Conley & Co. Before that he also worked for Heidrick & Struggles and Russell Reynolds Associates.

Reuter, who works with Amrop Delta in Frankfurt, formerly served as managing director in Germany for Connect Communications. He moved into executive search in 1998, joined Amrop Delta in 2003 and was promoted to partner at the end of 2009. Reuter also acts as EMEA practice leader for Amrop’s technology & media practice.
