RPO provider Alexander Mann has appointed Adam Lawrence as global head of sourcing.

Lawrence joins AMS from SAP, where he held the position of global head of sourcing and was responsible for building and deploying a scalable, global sourcing function which leveraged a variety of sourcing channels, including social media and third-party technology to interact with talent.

Before that he was vice-president of service delivery at Yoh Talent Solutions and has held further positions in the recruitment and RPO space.

In his new role, Lawrence will aim to help brands embrace innovation by putting effective sourcing at the heart of their resourcing strategies.
