Job advert distribution and candidate sourcing company Broadbean Technology has appointed founder of online CV network iProfile Alex Charles as global chief technical officer.

Charles is also co-chair of the Association of Professional Staffing Companies Technology Forum and is a board director of the HR-XML consortium, a not for profit global organisation leading global HR data standards.
