Global executive search firm Sanford Rose Associates, which specialises in the life sciences sector, has appointed Eduard Alberts as vice president and managing partner.

Alberts has more than 20 years of experience in the life sciences industry, both domestically and internationally, as well as across different-sized companies and a wide array of cultures.

His previous roles have been based in Europe, where he began his career, as well as Israel and North America for companies including Bio-Rad Laboratories, Sigma-Aldrich, Vi-Jon Laboratories, Tecan and Applied Biosystems (now Life Technologies).
