Multi-sector recruiter Advantage Professional has appointed Alex Raubitschek as UK operations director for HR, marketing and strategy.

Raubitschek has spent over 14 years in the recruitment industry, developing and growing national and international solutions in HR and marketing & strategy consultancies.

His last main role was global managing director for recruiter The EMR Group. He subsequently invested in a number of small global ventures in a non-executive capacity.
