A new recruiter aiming to better meet the needs of the logistics sector, Andrews-Powell & Associates, has been launched.

The company is the idea of Stephen Powell, who has more than 30 years' logistics experience. He told Recruiter: "The concept was born out of years of frustration with the recruiters I used. They would send me people with the wrong skills, or who had no local knowledge. I hope to use my experience to offer logistics companies a better service."

The Somerset-based firm will cover all logistics vacancies except drivers positions.
