HR business solutions provider Kenexa has agreed a deal with human rights group Amnesty International to manage its international recruitment.

HR business solutions provider Kenexa has agreed a deal with human rights group Amnesty International to manage its international recruitment.

Amnesty International’s full-time, part-time and volunteer role candidates will be able to search for available jobs on its website, register and receive emails when jobs are posted, and apply for jobs online.

The firm’s hirers will also be able to review and approve applications online.

Helen Bloomfield, human resources programme director at Amnesty International, says: “We chose Kenexa Recruiter BrassRing because it is an easy-to-use system that we can configure to suit our specific recruitment processes.

“We get up to 400 applications for some jobs and, previously, we were managing the process manually, which was very time-consuming. We hope that the new system will free up managers’ time to enable them to do more of their core work.”

Rudy Karsan, chief executive at Kenexa, says: “Amnesty International needs to find the best candidates from the high volume of applications it receives. Our technology and our expertise in data mining, analysis and reporting will transform their processes. They’ll be able to handle significant volume, transmit their ethos and goals more consistently and provide an enhanced experience for their applicants.”
