Recruiters are being promised more targeted UK solutions from the recruitment training and technology company AIRS, following the launch of a UK office.

The office is headed by Matt Jessop, who previously worked with talent management system pro-vider Mr Ted. He will be responsible for introducing AIRS SourcePoint technology, which has been tailored for the UK market.

AIRS already offers its SearchLab and XtremeLab recruiter workshops in the UK and more than 20 dates have been planned for 2008.

AIRS CEO Chris Forman said: "We have a big product strategy for the UK."
