Performance management specialist Lander Associates has developed a new talent management programme targeted specifically at graduates and sales people new to the recruitment sector.

The programme, Total Talent Solutions, is a complete recruitment and development service, which sources potential trainees and selects new recruits through a structured, combined formal and on the job training programme over six months.
