Agency reshuffle

Blake steps down at Greatfleet

Greatfleet has announced that its chief executive Stuart Blake (pictured) has decided to step down from the Board with immediate effect due to ill health.

Blake will, health depending, continue to make himself available to the Greatfleet business as a consultant as and when required.

Greatfleet has appointed Colin Gerstein and Antony Cox to the board as executive directors. Gerstein will assume the role of chief executive with responsibility for the day-to-day operations of Greatfleet. In this he will be assisted by Antony Cox and Greatfleet’s existing management team.

Blake says: “I am proud of what we have achieved over the past couple of years and I wish Colin Gerstein and the employees of the Company well in further developing the Greatfleet business.”

It has also announced that Jonathan Hill, non-executive chairman, has stepped down from the board to pursue his other business interests. John Baker, currently a non-executive director, will assume the role of non-executive chairman.
