The Blomfield Group reveals increased profit
The Blomfield Group has reported a pre-tax profit of £7.1m for the period ended 29 December 2006, compared to £2.3m for the year ended 1 July 2005.
The group, which is made up by Firth Ross Martin Associates, Joslin Rowe and Origin HR, reported gross profit of £27.7m in the period to 29 December 2006, compared to £13.9m in the year ended.
Its turnover was £87m for the period, compared to £47.1m for the year ended 1 July 2005.
The directors’ report said: “During the period, Vedior increased their shareholding in the Group to 70% and the directors are confident that the Group is well placed to take advantage of the greater opportunities that this investment has produced.”
