Adam goes for down to earth approach_2
Three former members of the senior management team at Michael Page have launched a recruitment agency specialising in the sales and marketing sector in the North-West.
Richard Gahagan, Simon Montgomery and Leon Milns have formed Adam. The name has been selected to reflect the company’s aim to provide clients and candidates with a more personal and down to earth approach. It stands for ‘We know you from Adam’.
Montgomery says: “We’ve all enjoyed successful careers at one of the UK’s largest and best known recruitment agencies, and wanted to set up something with a more intimate feel. At Adam, we will provide the personal touch with the aim of really getting to know candidates and clients so that they get the very best service.”
Milns adds: “For many recruitment agencies, success is measured in the number of CVs a consultant can shift in a day, with little thought for the relevance of the candidate to the role.”
The company says it has also made placements across the UK.
