Ad agency promotion for Shelton-Smith
Creative advertising agency archibald ingall stretton has promoted Emma Shelton-Smith to operations director.
Shelton-Smith, who was previously HR director, will continue to oversee all HR, but has added IT and project management to her responsibilities, as well as managing the day-to-day running of the agency.
Shelton-Smith said: “I’ve really enjoyed the past decade at the agency. Archibald ingall stretton… is a dynamic and fun place to work, and it’s a great privilege to step up to this newly-created role. My overall aim is to ensure we have right talent, resources and environment in which to create fantastic work for all our clients.”

Neil Wilson has stepped down as managing director of Badenoch & Clark after 10 years in the role. The firm, part of staffing giant Adecco, is to be split into two new divisions. Lynne Hardman, who was a board member at Hays, has been appointed managing director of the private sector business, while Nicola Linkleter is the new managing director of the public sector division.

Multi-sector recruiter Morgan Hunt has announced that Helen Stokes is stepping down as chief executive. Stokes joined Morgan Hunt in 2001, managing the public sector recruitment business, and will continue as a director of the business but will take a break for the remainder of the year. Following her departure, James Stevenson takes over the public sector business and is promoted to managing director, whileSarah Bennett becomes director, education.
Multi-sector recruiter ATA has appointed Scott Bulloch in the newly-created post of head of operations for ATA’s specialist division ATA Verticals, covering the rail and construction. Previously head of ATA Rail and Construction, Bulloch reports directly to ATA Verticals managing director Gary Hewett.
