British-Polish recruiter  2B Interface has launched a new bespoke service for the motor sports industry.

The new division will cater for roles including glass reinforced plastic (GRP) laminators, welders and metal-worker fabricators.

The industry is continuing to experience rapid technological change driven by the use of modern computer based design and manufacturing technologies.  As a result there is a growing shortage of workers who have the skills of whole vehicle assembly.”
