‘Recruitment is a conversation’, says Maxin

The debate around employee engagement, employer brand and cost savings reminds us that “recruitment is a conversation” between a candidate and an organisation, according to Paul Maxin, global resourcing director at Unilever.

Quoting his first mentor in recruitment, the chair of Recruiter’s inaugural Smart Resourcing 2010 event at London’s Millennium Mayfair Hotel last week, gave his summing up of the day’s events.
