‘Internal reorganisation’ underway at Hays

Reports have surfaced that the roles of a number of senior management have been “put at risk” at global recruiter Hays, according to a source.

The business told Recruiter that “an internal reorganisation” was underway.

A spokesperson at Hays said in response to an enquiry from Recruiter: “Our UK business is being reorganised in order to allow it to operate in the most effective way to service its customers, drive growth and exploit an improvement in the economy.

“An internal reorganisation is necessary to ensure that roles and people are aligned with the new model and are able to meet the changing needs of the business. We are supporting all of our staff through this process.”
