Survey finds a majority of under 30-year-olds want to work flexibly in companies
Around three quarters of 18 to 29-year-olds expect to be able to work flexibly in the companies they join, and remote working is often a deciding factor in what job they choose, research by YouGov has found.
It found that 34% of young employees would be willing to take lower pay to work from home, using remote working technology.
Around two-thirds of young people said a better work/life balance is an important factor in choosing a job.
