Windsor eyes new agencies
Health and social care recruiter Windsor is launching a franchise scheme for would-be recruitment business owners in August.
The move forms part of an ambitious four-year business plan that it hopes will increase its revenue by more than 700%.
Initial business partners pay a £20,000 start-up fee, and those who start trading before February 2005 will be offered a 7.5% rebate.
The minimum total investment is £70,000, but Windsor is hoping to attract franchisees that have around £100,000 to spend.
Once the new franchises are up and running, Windsor will offer ongoing support and help with setting up the franchise.
“This deal has been carefully developed to ensure that all business partners will receive the maximum support in order to achieve the maximum return,” said Alex O’Neill, Windsor’s managing director.
