Headhunter Alexander Mann is helping with a community project in the Midlands that could lead to disadvantaged youngsters finding a role either performing or supporting a ballet production.

The firm will work with the charity Youth at Risk to find life coaches that will be crucial to the success of the project, called Leaps and Bounds.

The life coaches will help youths turn their lives around and engage them with the theatre production of Prokofiev’s Romeo and Juliet, with the Birmingham Royal Ballet.

Alexander Mann will select the life coaches and provide a rigorous personal development programme to help them fulfil their jobs. The coaches will need leadership and coaching skills to provide one-to-one guidance to young people involved in the project.
