Recruitment consultant Rachel Venner was recognised as the recruitment industry’s star performer in this year’s CashFriday Top Recruitment Consultant Awards.

A senior consultant at Interim Performers, Venner received her award at a ceremony on a luxury liner in London earlier this month. The awards were presented in six categories recognising consultants who had made a difference with their superior

sales abilities, management skills, industry knowledge and client handling.

Venner, pictured below with Lloyds TSB Commercial Finance client director Paul Saunders, said: “It has been a lovely day and I would like to thank everyone involved in organising and judging the awards.

“It’s so nice to be rewarded for all the hard work that has gone into making Interim Performers such a successful company.”

The other award winners included the top manual worker consultant, Sean McPolin of Prime Staff, and top secretarial recruitment consultant, Maryam Saif of Waterside Recruitment.
