Vedior has acquired a 70% interest in Voxius BV, a leading Dutch legal recruitment specialist. The outstanding 30% interest will remain with Voxius’ management.

Voxius’ specialised services include the provision of legal interim professional through the Lease a Lawyer brand, and the search and selection of lawyers for permanent positions under the Legal Search brand.

Zach Miles, Vedior chief executive, says: “Legal staffing is relatively underdeveloped in the Netherlands compared to other sectors and the future demand for legal professionals and paralegals is predicted to be high. The addition of Voxius to our network extends the global range of our legal services and increases our presence in professional/executive recruitment in the Dutch market.”

Vedior operates in the Netherlands under the well known Vedior and Dactylo brands but also has a portfolio of niche recruitment brands targeting professional/executive sectors.
